Job Summary
The successful applicants will be trained basic Front Office duties and responsibilities starting from answering calls as a telephone operator for female applicants and bellman services for male applicants.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all guests in person or by phone in a warm and professional manner.
- Make guests feel welcome and at home.
- Anticipate their needs before they arise.
- Builds relationships with guests to encourage customer retention.
- Assist guests and provide them with information requested.
- Perform documentation and assigned work accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate.
- Applicants muct be willing to work in shift schedules.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge in Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Chinese is a plus.
- Full time positions available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate,Manila.
- No work experience required as long as customer service is your passion.
